At the same time, please inform your insurance company, as they will normally bear the costs of the overall measure. We will also be happy to advise you here.

The employee will contact you as soon as he makes his way to you. During this time, please clear the area to be inspected.

The employee will locate the leak to determine where the water is coming from.

If the location is known, the employee is required to uncover it, for example if it is a water pipe in the wall.

 

30 - 60 minutes: A repair/emergency seal is carried out as far as possible.

Depending on the amount of leaked water, the employees will immediately provide you with a room air dryer to help dry the water quickly.

If it is necessary to dry the substrate, this will be done the following day.

After the excitement has subsided, there is time for the important issues.

 

60 - 70 minutes:

You will receive a declaration of assignment from us before leaving the construction site, so that we can take care of the entire process with the insurance company for you, if desired.

Payment: Normally, the building insurance will cover all payments that have occurred as a result of the damage, provided this is included in your insurance cover. The cause may be paid by the owner or the community of owners. However, we will clarify this afterwards.

 

All items destroyed in your home as a result of the damage will be covered by your household contents insurance.

If the worst comes to the worst and you can no longer use your home during the renovation phase due to the severity of the water damage, we also have apartments ready for you to stay in.

 

Second day of damage:

Drying, if necessary, takes around 7-21 days in standard cases.

 

Week 3 - 7:

After this time, the restoration begins, which is paid for by the insurance company with the same coverage.

The restoration is also coordinated by us.

Of course, we will assess each damage separately.
